  • Thursday – Bib pick-up from 1:00–4:00 PM → 6 volunteers

  • Friday – Packet Pick-up (11:00 AM–7:00 PM)

    • 11:00 AM–3:00 PM → 4 volunteers (busy time)

    • 3:00–7:00 PM → 4 volunteers (busy Time)

  • Saturday

    • Packet Pick-up: 7:30–9:00 AM → 10 volunteers

    • Packet Pick-up: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM → 5 of the 10 remain at the table

    • On-Course Support:

      • Water Station: 8:15–10:30 AM → 4 volunteers

      • Snack Station: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM → 4 volunteers

    • Youth & Tot:

      • 10:15–10:45 AM → 4 volunteers

      • 11:00–11:30 AM → same 4 volunteers (expecting them to be there from 10:00–12:00)
